Shipping Information
Where I Ship
I ship original artworks from the United Kingdom to:
United Kingdom
Europe
Items are usually sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or courier depending on the size and weight.
If you live elsewhere, feel free to contact me and I’ll check what’s possible.
Processing Time
Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
Standard processing time: 3–5 business days.
During busy periods or for larger artworks, processing may take slightly longer. If so, I’ll let you know.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on your location and local postal services.
UK: approx. 5–7 business days
Europe: approx. 7–10 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs delays may occur outside my control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the artwork.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their country.
Packaging
All artworks are packaged securely using protective materials to prevent damage in transit. Paintings may be shipped flat, boxed, or in protective tubes depending on size and medium.
Order Tracking
Most orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number once your artwork has been dispatched.
Returns & Cancellations
I want you to be completely happy with your artwork. If something isn’t right, I’ll do my best to help.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched for a full refund. To cancel an order please contact me via my contact form.
Once an order has shipped, it falls under the returns policy below.
Returns Policy
UK & EU Customers
In line with UK and EU consumer law, you have the right to:
Cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Return the artwork within 14 days of notifying me.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork in its original condition.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
Please use a tracked and insured service, as I cannot refund items lost or damaged in return transit.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your artwork arrives damaged:
Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery via my contact form
I will require clear photos of the damage and packaging
I will offer a repair, replacement (if possible), or refund depending on the situation
Your statutory rights are not affected.
