Inspired by walks around Cleeve Hill in the Cotswolds, this abstract landscape painting has elements of land, sky and the trees, shrubs and wildflowers that flourish on the limestone soil of the Cotswold scarp. It is not a direct reflection of one scene but a response to my observations and recollections from the many occasions when I have walked on the hill.
